The wind is howling around our house and it's still raining. The house is nice and chilly and I think we'll have soup for dinner. Oh how I wish the weather would stay nice and wintry.
I just now realized that you have a blog and checked it out! It's neat to hear about life out there in your part of the U.S.! I'll have to add you to my list of favs the next time I sign in to my blog! As far as the NRHP goes, I filled out the preminary paperwork already but didn't send it in yet. Someone told me we'd have a hard time getting on the list b/c our house has siding...
I hear you are going to Atlanta for Christmas. Hope you have a great trip "home"!
